About the Farm:
Being a third-generation coffee producer, Don Roberto is named after our grandfather who started the family farm. This coffee is produced on our farm, a boutique specialty coffee farm located in the mountains of Fraijanes. The family focuses on producing high-quality coffees by applying sustainable practices. The remarkable quality of Don Roberto is the result of hard work and family tradition.
About the Region:
Fraijanes, north of Lake Amatitlán, adds complexity to this blend with high-altitude cultivation and soil enriched by minerals from recent volcanic activity at El Volcán Pacaya. The result is a coffee with a full-bodied mouthfeel and a uniquely balanced flavor profile.
